Ludington, Michigan - relocation package on offer

$90,000 - $100,000 + Bonus ($10,000 - $15,000) + Lots of technical training + Progression into management + Cutting edge facility + Education Reimbursement + 401k match up to 3% + Medical, Dental and Vision

The company are a leading plastics manufacturer that sell their products globally. They have been growing year on year and are now looking to increase their production and headcount. They have an excellent tenure with an average of 12 years!

In this role you will be working with R&D and developing new production lines. You will be helping the manufacturing team to reduce waste, improve efficiency of the facility and future proof their products.

The role would suit a Chemical Engineer, ideally with plastic manufacturing experience but this is not essential as lots of training will be provided.

The role:

  • Monitor and improve the efficiency and output of processes
  • Troubleshoot processes that are not working effectively
  • Working with R&D to develop new processes and products
  • Develop new production lines

The Candidate:

  • Chemical Engineering background
  • Ideally have experience working in a manufacturer
  • Any experience with process improvement would be a big advantage
