Are you a Process Engineer from an Electrical or Electronics background looking to step into a role where you can shape manufacturing performance and drive continuous improvement across production within a bespoke facility?
This is an opportunity to join a growing manufacturer at a key stage of expansion, supporting process development, production efficiency and new product introduction within a modern, heavily invested facility.
You will work across engineering and operations, improving manufacturing processes, supporting NPI projects and helping optimize how products are built and delivered. You will also receive structured training in Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies, with clear progression into broader engineering or leadership positions.
This role suits someone who enjoys understanding how things are made, solving production challenges, and wants to move away from purely technical design into wider process ownership.
The Role
- Improve and optimize manufacturing processes across production lines
- Support new product introduction and process development activities
- Work closely with Controls and Production teams on automation improvements
- Drive efficiency and quality improvements across operations
The Person
- Electrical or Electronics Engineering background
- Interest in manufacturing, production or industrial environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Keen to develop into process improvement / CI-focused engineering
