Process Technician - 1st Shift
Grand Rapids, Michigan (Commutable from: Holland, Jamestown, Georgetown, Hudsonville, Hamilton, Port Sheldon, West Olive)
$26 - $32 per hour + Training + Progression + Optional Overtime + 401k + Excellent Company Benefits
Are you a Process Technician with Mechanical knowledge, looking to join a well-established company and progress your technical skills through industry-leading training?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing company offering excellent progression opportunities, that will be by your side all the way to a supervisory role or a more technical position.
In this role you will first receive first-class technical training directly from the plant manager, maintenance technicians and process technicians on the specific machine you get assigned. Following your training, you will be responsible for ensuring you have the right temperature and ratio for the tool you are working on. You will also set up the table for your shift and ensure it is ready for the 2nd shift technician.
This role would suit a Process Technician with Mechanical knowledge looking to progress their career within a well-established company, offering first-class technical training and guidance all the way to a managerial role or more advances technical role.
The Role:
* Receive first-class technical training on assigned machine
* Ensure you have the right temperature and ratio for the tool you're working on
* Set up table for your shift and for 2nd shift technician
* 1st Shift (6AM - 4PM)
The Person:
* Process Technician with Mechanical knowledge
* Ability to problem solve Mechanical issues
* Looking to progress their technical skills and career with expert guidance
