This role would suit a Product Test Engineer looking for a technically challenging position with lots of autonomy at a pioneering and forward-thinking start-up.
The Role:
*Develop test and characterization plans in collaboration with design teams for new semiconductor products
*Support production test development including hardware/software, limit setting, and data analysis
*Build and debug bench setups, automate testing using Python, and correlate bench and ATE results
*Support product qualification including high-reliability and space-grade validation and radiation testing
*Drive yield improvement, failure analysis, and continuous test methodology enhancements
The Candidate:
*Background in semiconductor product engineering or test engineering
*Experience with ATE test development, characterization, and statistical data analysis (GR&R, Cpk, etc.)
*Proficiency in PCB design and strong problem-solving skills in lab/bench environments
