Production Supervisor

Are you a Production leader looking to lead technically diverse teams in the manufacture of market leading, bespoke products to world leading, global customers?

In this position you will play vital key role in this expanding production department, you will lead a team through the production of custom products that vary in size and complexity. You will oversee production, quality, safety and work with senior leadership to hit department goals and performance targets. This position will suit a production leader with experience in either the food or beverage market looking to progress and develop long-term within a fast-growing food manufacturer investing in new technology.
The Position:
- Play a key role in the production department leading teams through the effective production of high quality, market leading products supplied to a wide range of customers
- Oversee production, safety, quality and work with senior leadership to hit performance targets and goals
- Monday - Thursday, 4pm - 2:30am (some Fridays needed)
- Quarterly bonuses, training, career progression and full company benefits on offer
