Are you looking for a highly autonomous role where you will lead a team of skilled fabricators across a variety of projects, where you will help to implement company procedures?

Do you have a background working in a supervisory role, ideally within the fabrication of pipework, pressure vessels or other similar projects?

This dynamic business works on a variety of mechanical engineering projects for commercial and industrial clients across south Wales, and due to continual growth they are looking to grow their team to enable the future growth of the company.

Running a team of skilled fabrication staff you will help implement procedures and deliver projects across the full spectrum of the company portfolio.

The ideal candidate for this role will have some previous experience working within a supervisory role, overseeing projects in a similar field of work.

*Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
