Production Team Leader (Days)
Northallerton, Commutable from: Bedale, Thirsk, Darlington, Middlesbrough
£25,000 (OTE £34,000 with overtime) + Training + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits + Early Finish on Friday
Do you have experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role working on a production line? Are you looking for a days based role and to develop your leadership skills?
This manufacturer have a great reputation and are known for offering a great place to work. Due to the company's expansion they are looking to appoint a Manufacturing Cell Leader. This is a hands on role alongside supervising a small team of Technicians.
The role would suit someone with previous experience as a team leader or senior technician looking to join a company that offer a great place to work and plenty of progression opportunities.
The Role:
- Mechanical assembly
- Being the Team Leader to a small team of manufacturing staff
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, 7am-4pm, 1pm finish on a Friday
The Candidate:
- Supervisory or Team Leader experience
- Mechanical assembly or production line assembly experience
- TIG welding experience
- Looking for a long term secure role
