12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Are you an experienced administrator with experience of MS Project, and of working in a technical environment (construction/engineering/utilities) looking for a varied and fast paced role with a leading national utilities company?

The company have won multiple awards for how they look after, develop and train their staff.

The role is working from their head office in Harlow and is for an initial 12 month period on a fixed term basis.

The Role

  1. Full time 12 month fixed term position for a leading utilities company
  2. Provide Commercial and Technical Project Support to the business
  3. Weekly updates to the Customers through Microsoft Project
  4. Supply chain management, log, track and receipt all quotes/invoices. Raise and receipt purchase orders

The Person

  1. Working background in a technical environment (construction/engineering/utilities)
  2. Experience in a project based administration role
  3. Working knowledge of MS Office and ideally MS Project
