Excellent opportunity for a Project Co-Ordinator to join a leading business specialising in Telecoms manufacture, distribution and installation to major UK mobile network operators, in a role with great training and progression opportunities within a thriving industry.

On offer is the chance to move into a rapidly expanding and innovative industry in a role with great training and progression opportunities to Project Management.

This successful business specialise in the manufacture, distribution and installation of radio communication equipment for mobile network operators across the UK including Vodaphone, O2, EE and SSE as well as smaller network operators. Operating across 20+ countries in the world this thriving and ambitious business are looking to expand within their UK branch in not only radio communications but 5G and Fibre Optics. With a great pipeline of projects and repeat clientele they are now looking for a Project Co-Ordinator to support the team.

In this role you will be based from the Widnes office and work alongside three Project Managers in a supporting role. You will be responsible for co-ordinating project managers, subcontractors, clients and other outside parties to enable efficient running and delivery of projects within time and budget. You will be responsible for getting permits for site works, ensuring all machinery and equipment is booked and ready for the site team and chasing client invoices. You will work ensure all personnel adhere to H&S on site and

The ideal candidate will be from a Co-Ordinator, Logistical or Administrative background of any kind with great communication and organisational skills. Any experience within Telecoms is welcome but not essential. You will be ambitious, personable and have a desire to submerge yourself in a high growth and dynamic industry with the opportunity to progress and develop your career.

The Role:

  • Project Co-Ordination
  • Use internal systems and processes to provide admin support and input into the project plan
  • Work with the project manager to identify upcoming risks and issues with future planned activities
  • Support the project manager in all aspects of the overall delivery programme e.g. equipment hire, permit retrieval, invoices
  • Widnes Office


The Person:

  • Previous experience in a Co-Ordination, Logistical or Administrative roles
  • Ambitious and Driven
  • Organised with great communication
  • Within commutable distance to Widnes
