This company are a subsidiary of a major contractor in the UK Construction sector. They focus on sustainable construction solutions, utilising structural steel and timber. With their own steel and timber manufacturing facilities, this company are innovative in their approach to modern methods of construction, working to spearhead a sustainable build environment. They have an increasing workload and promising pipeline of work so are therefore looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team.
In this role, reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be supporting the Contracts Manager to coordinate the flow of projects. Working within tight timelines you will ensure the planning and coordination of projects are effectively communicated with office and site teams. You will be working on timber and structural steel projects, on a variety of projects within the residential and commercial sectors.
This role would therefore ideally suit an ambitious individual with a strong background in Project Coordination within the construction or off-site construction industry ideally with experience working on timber frame or structural steel projects. You will have a good understanding of contracts and have strong financial awareness. You will have experience manging a team and multiple projects, ensuring projects are coordinated efficiently.
