Do you want a role where you will initially shadow the Directors before taking on more responsibility and the autonomy to run projects on your own?
This company have established themselves as a market leader in their sector. They specialise in the development, installation, operation and maintenance of new energy systems for a wide range of clients. They are at the forefront of the decentralisation of the energy market and are enabling their clients to take control of their energy bills and increase profitability. They operate nationwide and support clients in all sectors. Having seen extensive success over the last year they are looking to add another Project Engineer to their team.
In this role you will initially be shadowing one of the Directors on projects they are running to be shown the ropes of the business and get up to speed on the industry. You will ultimately start to work independently, running your own projects. You will utilise a range of contractors to successfully deliver projects to clients on time and within budget. The role will be home based with an expectation to travel to project sites a couple of times a week. You will cover projects anywhere between Oxford and Leeds.
This would be the ideal role for an Engineer with experience of capital equipment projects looking to join a small but growing company that can offer ongoing development and autonomy in a role.
The Role:
*Initially shadowing a Director to gain experience
*Developing to run your own projects - using contractors to deliver project completion
*Home based covering projects between Oxford and Leeds.
*Travel to site a couple of times a week
The Person:
*Engineer with experience of capital equipment, industrial processing or construction projects
*Background of successfully delivering project timelines
*Full UK driving licence
