CapEx Project Manager
Midlands
£60,000-£90,000 + Autonomy + Progression + Pension
Excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer with experience of managing capital upgrade or installation projects to join a growing, award-winning company that are at the forefront of the net zero effort.

This company are among the leaders in carbon reduction technology and have secured various industry awards to recognise their contribution and innovation. Established nearly 10 years ago, they have been going from strength to strength and develop a technology that utilises natural waste products as part of an improved manufacturing process. Due to their ongoing commercial success they are looking to bring on board a Project Manager to oversee the design, build and commissioning of varied projects.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing projects from concept to completion. Involved in design, installation and commissioning of the technology into existing production facilities. You will work remotely from home covering project sites around the UK, predominantly between Nottingham and London. You will need to liaise closely with the customers, as well as with suppliers and internal engineering teams to ensure on time and to budget delivery.
This is the ideal role for a someone with a strong mechanical engineering and project management background looking for a challenging role with one of the most exciting companies in the UK.
THE ROLE:
*Overseeing the design, build and commissioning of new technologies
*Involved from concept to completion
*Liaise with customers, suppliers and contractors
*Ensure on time and to budget project delivery
*Hybrid work from home - some travel to project sites around the UK
THE PERSON:
*Mechanical Engineering background
*Experience managing and planning of CapEx projects
*Heavy industry, aggregates, cement, concrete, materials handling backgrounds would be advantageous
