Rare and exciting role on offer for a Project Manager to join a company that is a trader of physical metallurgical and agricultural products and commodities, based from its London corporate office. Now spearheading their way into the real estate sector.


On offer is the chance to join a rapidly growing and evolving company in a role that allows you to make a difference within the business and have a long-term career path.


This company is branching out towards real estate and are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can make the role their own by applying their previous knowledge and lead projects from inception to completion.


The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge and background in residential construction, work with subcontractors on a daily basis and travel to the site (3-5 houses) to manage the whole process. It is highly desirable to have experience managing a team as this company want you to develop your own team in the near future.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Project Manager to join a growing company who are opening into real estate.
