Excellent opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to join a successful asset management consultancy who specialise in the construction and maintenance of public projects, in a role with a varied workload, great career progression opportunities, training support alongside a great package.

On offer is the chance to get involved on a variety of projects, with a well established firm and small, friendly team of Project Managers where you can progress to Senior level and gain further training or qualifications.

This successful consultancy work predominantly on PFI (privately funded initiative) projects as the private firm delivering and maintaining public sector works as part of the government scheme. They manage the project lifecycle from initial construction to overall maintenance and defect remediation of the build working on projects such as schools, hospitals, embassies and government builds. Now due to internal promotions they are looking for another Project Manager to help manage the portfolio.

In this role you will work remotely with the opportunity to visit the Bristol officeas you will be working on a range of projects across the South West. You will work across a portfolio of projects with a small team of project managers completing project lifecycle works. This includes refurbishment and maintenance of builds, working with internal and external stakeholders including procurement, design and delivery, supporting in project reporting, working on tender documents and range of contracts and ensuring the programmes of work run to schedule and budget.

The Person:

  • Construction Project Management experience
  • Worked on variety of projects up to £1m value
  • Refurbishment/Asset Management background
  • Experience with JCT Contracts
