Exciting Role on offer for a Project Manager looking to join an industry leading Surveying & Project Management company in their Dorset office, offering extensive progression opportunities to Directorship.

Established for over 40 years this construction company are specialist in Commercial, Residential , Healthcare, Public works and Marine surveying, which manage construction build projects from blank sheet through to completion. They are expanding at a good rate for a relatively small company and now require a Project Manager their Dorset office to provide their knowledge and technical skills to help drive the division and company forward.
In this role you will be office based, with regular visits to site. You will be responsible for assisting senior members of staff on the completion of projects from blank sheet through to completion and be working on a number projects at any one time..
This role would therefore ideally suit a Project Manager that wants to progress & is ambitious. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and determination skills. You will also be an individual who has the desire to progress into more senior roles & directorship.

The Role:
- Project Manager
- Employers Agent duties
- Visiting sites & having regular meetings with clients
- Looking after the design & build
- Cost Calculations
- Multi-disciplined projects
- Valuations, budget evaluation, and management
- Management of projects from blank sheet through to completion
- Assigning subcontractors
- Development opportunities both professional and technical
The Person:
- Excellent communication skills & management skills
- Chartered or Experience of 7+ years
- Looking for progression opportunities
- Must live locally
