Project Manager
Stratford (office-based)
Circa £60,000 + Progression & Training + Exciting Company
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager from a Construction background to join an estates management company, focusing on high-profile remediation projects.
Do you have experience in Project Management within the Construction industry? Are you looking to work in a client-facing role? Are you looking for a role where you can take full responsibility of your own projects?
The company, an estates management company that continuously carries out remediation work on commercial and residential properties, have an excellent reputation and a track record of delivering complex projects within time and budgetary constraints. They're now looking to grow on their talented employee base by onboarding a self-motivated and passionate client facing Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a degree level qualification within the construction industry and have relevant experience in a project-based role. The ideal candidate will also be based a commutable distance to offices in Stratford and be happy to work from the office fulltime.
The Role:
*Form part of a project-team of four professionals.
*Take responsibility of own projects.
*Working closely with stakeholders and internal teams (e.g., cost consultants & finance teams).
*Create effective working relationships (e.g., contractors, operational teams, external suppliers).
*Creating project reports.
*Fully office-based from offices in Stratford.
The Person:
*Degree-level construction-related qualification.
*Experience in a project-based role.
*Motivated and independent, able to take ownership of projects.
*Excellent communicator.
*Happy to commute to offices in Stratford.
