This vertically integrated design-builder reimagine every element of how multifamily projects are designed, manufactured, and built-driving down costs, shortening schedules, and expanding access to high-quality housing. To date this decade, the team has built or is actively developing close to 1,500 units, with the capability to produce over 1,000 units this year. Due to winning a number of high-value, lucrative contracts they are looking to recruit a motivated Project Manager to join their loyal team.
Based in San Diego, California, this role offers the opportunity to lead project delivery on modular multifamily builds, manage high-performing teams, and collaborate closely with the client to ensure seamless execution and strategic growth.

The Role:
- Project Manager - Modular Multifamily Construction
- Managing high-value modular multifamily projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Working closely with the client and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery
- Leading project forecasts, budget management, and quality control on crucial housing projects
The Person:
- High-level experience on large-scale modular or multifamily construction projects
- Strong understanding of prefabrication, off-site construction, or manufacturing-based delivery
- Professional with high standards, great communication, and the ability to liaise with executive clients
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams while maintaining exceptional quality standards
