Project Manager (Construction)
$100,000 - $120,000 + Mon to Fri (8am-5pm) + Bonus + Mileage Reimbursed + 401(k) + Medical/Dental (Cigna) + Leadership Progression
Site-based role, commutable from Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hialeah, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Doral, Kendall, Homestead
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in structural or construction projects, looking to take the lead on high-value work and progress into a leadership role?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing construction and project management company delivering high-rise, structural, and building envelope projects across Miami.
The business is involved in a wide range of technically challenging and unique projects, giving you full ownership and exposure across major builds.

In this role, you will take ownership of multiple live projects, working closely with senior leadership while also supporting and mentoring other team members.
You will be heavily involved from early-stage planning through to delivery and close-out, giving you full lifecycle exposure and the opportunity to influence both technical and commercial decisions.
This position would suit someone with strong project management experience within construction who is looking for more responsibility, autonomy, and long-term progression within a business that values growth and development.
The Role:
- Leading construction projects across Miami, taking ownership from planning through to completion
- Managing site activity, coordinating contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to standard
- Overseeing reporting, client communication, and multiple live project timelines
The Person:
- Strong experience within construction, structural, or building envelope projects
- Proven track record of managing projects and delivering results
- Looking to step into a senior/lead position with long-term progression opportunities
