Are you a Team Leader or Supervisor within manufacturing, looking to take the step into a management role, with a company that will invest in your skill set?

This is a role where you will run the Quality sub department within a new and rapidly expanding site at a nationally recognised manufacturer. The role represents a unique opportunity to mould a new section and put your stamp on a department, as this site continues to grow.
In this role you will be responsible for the every day running of the quality department, you will play a part in coordinating and managing current staff. You will also drive the company's quality department operations and ensure they fall in line with compliance and the company's high standards.
The ideal candidate for this role would be someone with experience within a leadership role and looking after a group of staff, whilst also from a quality and manufacturing background.
The Role:
*QA Manager
*Senior member of a new site within a nationally recognised manufacturer
*Every day running and co ordinating of quality sub department, responsible for keeping products up to a high standard and in line with legal compliance.
*Working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 17:00pm
The Person:
*Quality / Manufacturing background essential
*Team Leaders / Supervisor or similar roles looking to move into management considered
*Commutable to Clitheroe
