The company has developed an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality products to leading aerospace and defense customers. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add a QA Manager to their team.

In this role, you will oversee the Quality Management System, manage internal and external audits, drive corrective and preventative actions, ensure compliance with AS9100D and customer requirements, and work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to maintain exceptional quality standards.

This role would suit a motivated QA professional looking for long-term progression, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real impact with a growing business.

The Role:

  • Manage and maintain Quality Management System
  • Ensure compliance with AS9100D, customer and regulatory requirements
  • Lead internal, customer, and third-party audits

The Candidate:

  • Quality Assurance background
  • Experience managing Quality Management Systems
  • Knowledge of AS9100D
