Quality Engineer
£35,000 - £40,000 + Training + Progression + Company Bonus + Life Insurance + Healthcare Scheme + Benefits
High Wycombe (Commutable from: Aylesbury, Oxford, Maidenhead, Beaconsfield, and Henley-on-Thames)

This well-established and growing business work within the Aerospace, Automotive and Industrial markets and supply globally. Due to their success they have exciting plans to continue expanding their business, providing additional opportunities to their staff.
The ideal candidate will be from a Mechanical Engineering background with experience working in Quality for sectors such as those mentioned above.
The Role:
- Responsible for testing, inspection and approval of all products
- Working closely with Sales and Purchasing departments
- Maintaining strong customer and supplier relations
- Raising product specification issues with suppliers
- Leading a team of 2 Technicians
The Person:
- HNC / HND or above in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
- Experience within a quality role
- Any experience within the following sectors would be highly advantageous: Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial
- Any experience leading a small team would be advantageous (not essential)
