This is a newly created position due to expansion within a global organization specializing in highly specific products, utilized in a variety of industries.

You'll be joining a highly technical, close-knit team where quality is central to both product performance and customer relationships.

The Role:

• Take ownership of customer quality requirements across manufacturing and production
• Lead product testing and support root cause / corrective action activities
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement

The Candidate:

• Background in Quality within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in electronics or aerospace industries preferred (not essential)
• Strong communicator with a proactive, leadership mindset and desire to progress
