This specialist company design, engineer, field test and manufacture complex and exciting aviation / aerial equipment that is supplied to a range of customers globally. Due to continual advancement and exciting growth plans, they are looking for an ambitious Quality Engineer to play a pivotal role in the company.

In this position you will play a key part within the department working cross functionally across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain. You will be involved in part inspection processes, managing product non-conformities and participating in the development and improvement of stand operating procedures. You will also play an influential part in the department by leading and managing the collection of data to encourage manufacturing and process improvements.

This is role would suit Quality Engineer looking to work for an excellent work life balance and specialist training to progress their career.

The Position:

* Leading data collection for manufacturing and process improvements

* Performing inspections, managing non-conformities, developing SOPs, performing internal audits

* Working collaboratively with Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain

* $90,000 - $100,000 + Career Progression + Specialist Training + 4 Day Week (1 in 2) + Great Company Benefits + Healthcare + PTO + 401(k)

The Person:

* Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or time served Quality Engineer

* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and ISO9001

* Proficient in layout inspection, tools, techniques, blueprint reading and GD&T

* Experience with PPAP, PFMEA and Root Cause Analysis
