Quality Manager (Project-Based - Data Center)

This rapidly growing contractor has secured multiple high-value data center projects and is expanding its project delivery team. With a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC processes, ensure compliance with project specifications, and uphold the highest construction standards on site.
In this role, you will be based on a major data center project in Ohio, responsible for implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring all work meets client and regulatory standards.
The Role:
- Quality Manager on a large-scale data center project
- Site-based role, working closely with field teams and subcontractors
- Overseeing QA/QC processes, inspections, and compliance
- Ensuring all work meets project specs, codes, and client standards
The Person:
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager or QA/QC professional in construction
- Must have hands-on, on-site construction experience (not office-only)
- Data center or mission-critical experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
