Exciting Role on offer for a Quantity Surveyor looking to join a growing multi-disciplinary construction company, offering extensive progression opportunities and exciting projects.
Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor seeking a long term role within a growing business? Are you looking for a company where you can make a real difference and have freedom in your job?
This company are a Contractor who deliver a wide array of works, including industrial, commercial, and residential projects of varying scale ranging from refurbishments to new builds. They are in a period of growth since the pandemic and have an impressive order book and are therefore looking to recruit Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.
In this role you will be running multiple projects on your own, ensuring they are delivered to budget and timescales. You will also control the procurement of subcontractors and materials, manage subcontractors, meeting clients and attending site meetings.
This role would therefore ideally suit a Quantity Surveyor who has run multiple projects and the successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will also be an individual who has the desire to progress into more senior roles. On offer is the chance to work on exciting projects for a growing company.
