Exciting Role on offer for a Quantity Surveyor looking to join a construction and property management group, offering extensive progression opportunities, flexible working and the chance to work exciting projects.
Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor seeking a long-term role within a growing business? Are you looking for a company where you can make a real difference and have freedom in your job?
This construction and property management company manage houses and commercial projects around the greater Manchester area and they pride themselves on delivering a high quality service and have therefore developed a strong brand image in the area. Due to the growth of their company, they now require a Quantity Surveyor to provide their knowledge and technical skills to help drive the company forward.
In this role you will be based on a range of construction and maintenance projects, ensuring they are delivered to budget and timescales. You will also liaise with subcontractors, provide monthly reports, carry out tender analysis and source specialist goods and services.
This role would therefore ideally suit a Quantity Surveyor with experience in main contracting projects and the successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will also be an individual who has the desire to progress into more senior roles. On offer is the chance to work on exciting projects for a growing company.
