£40,000 - £50,000 + (flexible, dependant on experience)

Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor from Assistant level through to Senior to join a very successful civil engineering and groundworks contractor, working with some of the largest national housing companies, construction companies and government agencies.

Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor? Searching for a reputable construction and civil engineering contractor who will support you in making strong career progression with experience on great and varied projects?

The company are a construction and groundworks firm based in Wiltshire who provide a full and diverse range of services including project management, engineering, estimating, surveying and plant hire in their respective divisions. From large residential and commercial developments, to civil engineering works to archaeological works the company work on a variety of interesting and diverse projects.

In this role you will be based in their Wiltshire head office with occasional site visits. You will be doing a variety of roles from working client side preparing cost plans, preparing pre tender estimates and prepping tender documentation, monitoring costs through the project lifecycle, doing valuations and managing variations, preparing final accounts and overall budget management. You will need to be experienced with a construction/civil engineering background and be happy to work closely with the client, keeping them regularly updated on the projects progress.

This fantastic opportunity would therefore ideally suit a Quantity Surveyor with experience managing contracts, project reviews, invoicing and is looking to grow long term with a great company. The successful candidate will be ambitious and driven to complete projects to a high standard and be happy to relay project progress.

The role:
Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering & Construction
Project costing, estimating and invoicing
£40,000 - £50,000 (Dependant on experience, Assistant from £30,000 , Senior to £60,000)
