Central London / Hybrid Working

£50,000 - £65,000 + Interesting Projects + Progression Opportunities + Chartership Training

Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to take a step up in responsibility and join a dynamic contractor focusing on bespoke stone projects in the commercial sector while having great opportunities for progression and training towards chartership.

Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience in the construction industry? Are you looking unique opportunity that gives you more responsibility with the chance for progression?

This well-established trade contractor have seen a steady increase in turnover in recent years and are looking to expand their team to maintain growth and continue development. This company work on commercial projects and specialise in natural stone, their projects range anywhere from small stone structures to large £5m contracts in central London. Due to winning a number of high value, lucrative contracts they are looking to recruit a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their close knit, loyal team.

In this role you'll be based in Central London with requirements to travel to sites around the city while working out of their offices. Responsibilities will include working closely with the managers on multiple projects, submitting variations, dealing with subcontractors, quantities and estimations.

This will therefore suit a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor looking to take a step up in responsibility and be rewarded with long term progression and recognition.

The Role:

  • Quantity Surveyor.
  • Office based in Central London with responsibilities to travel around London.

The Person:

  • Quantity Surveyor.
  • Experience in the construction industry preferably from a sub contractor.
  • Good attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience with valuations and dealing with sub contractors.
