An Exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an Award winning Modular Construction company who pride themselves on creating high quality buildings.

This company are a Modular manufacturer who pride themselves on the exceptional quality of all their buildings and designs from start to finish. They work in numerous sectors, including Education, Residential, Ministry of Justice and Healthcare. They provide a turnkey service from initial design through to completion and are experiencing extremely high growth with a large order book on their hands. Due to this, they are looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
In this role you will be based from the Hull office, with the occasional visit to site. You'll be involved from inception, right through to completion. This will include budget control, acquiring sub-contractors and materials, arrange valuation reports and provide support to the commercial and site teams. You will ideally have experience within the off-site construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and experience of costing and bill of materials. You will be a great communicator, who is passionate and driven to learn and progress.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quantity Surveying, with a good understanding of construction. You will be an ambitious individual with a construction or Quantity Surveying related degree and have a passion for modular construction.

- Previous Quantity Surveyor experience in the Modular or construction industry
- Willing to travel to site when needed
