An excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with a strong property renovation and residential background to join a well-established building services company who offer a fast paced environment with a variety of works.

Established for just over a decade ago this company specialise in building and maintenance services to the property industry. Their stellar reputation for having exceptional quality and service standards has attracted a diverse clientele, ranging from property investors and insurance companies to Building Surveying practices. Handling a variety of projects, from full-scale renovations to insurance repairs and ongoing maintenance, will ensure each day brings a fresh and dynamic set of challenges. Due to a strong workload they are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking to take on a new challenge in a fast paced environment where you will have a vital role in a close knit team.
In this role you will office based working alongside the Director in the Commercial department. You will working on multiple projects at any given time from concept through to completion managing cost control. You visit sites , prepare tenders, and produce a bill of quantities. Once projects have been won you will then conduct monthly valuations and final accounts.
The ideal candidate will have Estimating or Quantity Surveying experience in the Residential, domestic and property industry looking to work on a variety of projects in a fast paced environment.

- Quantity Surveying
