Registered Care Manager - Progression to Responsible Individual Status

Are you a Registered/Care Manager or someone from a compliance/quality management background in the Childcare sector and looking to take a big step up in your career by joining a business with a strong financial backing that is going to be rapidly scaling up their operations over the coming years?

This organisation has been set up to focus on the provision of care homes and care services primarily to young children and those with additional needs. They have the backing of an established business leader who is investing heavily into the organisation, and now that they have a growth roadmap in place for the coming years they are looking to rapidly scale up the business.

In this role you will be overseeing a steadily expanding number of care homes with a focus on operational and compliance matters to ensure that the organisation is providing the highest standard of care possible to young children.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant Level 5 Care qualification and will have demonstrable experience either working as a Registered Manager, Care Manager, Service Manager or similar in the Care industry with a focus on Child Services, or they will have worked in a compliance-focused role in the sector such as in Quality Assurance or Auditing.

The role:
* Overseeing several care homes in the Leeds and Bradford area
* Ensuring sites are run to a high standard and in full compliance with regulations
* Acting as Responsible Individual, representing the company when dealing with OFSTED
* Liaising with company owner to input into strategic decisions and operational planning

The Person:
* Level 5 Care qualification
* Previous experience in Care Services specifically for children
* Previous experience either in a Registered/Care/Service Manager position, or in a compliance role
