With a robust pipeline of bespoke homes and high-spec renovation projects, you'll gain exposure to technically challenging builds and work closely with in-house design and construction teams, expanding your technical, operational, and client-management skills.
This is the ideal position for an ambitious Project Manager with proven experience in high-end custom homes who wants to lead complex, design-led projects and progress within a business that rewards performance and supports long-term career growth.
Role:
*Oversee onsite teams, subcontractors, and superintendents to deliver projects successfully
*Delegate and coordinate construction responsibilities across multiple projects
*Serve as client-facing point of contact
The Person:
*Experienced Project Manager within high-end custom homes.
*Capable of managing multiple projects at once
*Valid driver's license
