$68,000 - $75,000 + 10% Bonus

In this role, you'll be the go-to for safety and quality on site - working closely with the Plant Manager while also liaising with corporate teams. You'll spend your time out on the floor, training teams, improving processes, and driving a proactive safety culture rather than reacting to incidents.
You'll also have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of food safety standards, with full support and training provided if your background is more industrial. If you're someone who enjoys being visible, influencing teams, and making a difference day-to-day, this is a role not to be missed!
The Role:
- Drive safety, food safety, and quality standards across a high-volume manufacturing site
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, implementing long-term improvements
- Deliver training and actively build a strong, proactive safety culture on the shop floor
- Work cross-functionally with site leadership and corporate teams, with flexibility across shifts as needed
The Person:
- Safety / EHS background within manufacturing, production, or industrial environments
- Experience with incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Familiarity with food safety standards such as SQF or AIB
