Sales Administrator
£21,000 - £23,000 a year + Training + progression + Pension + No weekends
Office based, commutable from: Cardiff, Newport, Penarth, Barry, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Cwmbran, Church Village
Are you a Customer focused individual looking to join a close-knit team of experts who will develop your technical and commercial sales skills all whilst offering a great work-life balance and for you to be recognised for the efforts you bring to the team?

This industry leading company are in the heating industry and are expecting exponential growth in the next couple of years. They offer a unique, specialist product range that generates high demand in the local area. They are looking for a like-minded individual to add to their technical sales department in this office-based role.
You will play a role in ensuring customer satisfaction with your technical support, answer queries and maintain the relationships with the companies' clients. As well as this you will have the opportunity to learn alongside senior members of the team where you will be recognised by your progress.
This role would suit someone from a customer service background and looking to develop their technical and commercial sales skills alongside a good work life balance.
The role:
- Answering customer enquiries
- Manage and develop a broad customer base
- Make both cold and warm calls/emails
The Person:
- Wants to learn and improve their skillset
- Is comfortable making both cold and warm calls
- Has previous customer service experience
