$120,000 - $150,000 + Progression to Vice President + Industry Training + 401k + Great Company Benefits
Are you a Sales Director with a demonstrable sales record and leadership skills, looking to play a pivotal role in the development of a company's growing sales team?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to put your own stamp on an industry-leaders sales team, whilst receiving in-depth industry training and progressing to Vice President level.
This company are leading the way in their industry and are hiring several new salespeople as they continue to expand domestically and internationally. They are now looking for a Sales Director to mould and nurture their expanding sales unit.
In this vital managerial role, you will oversee the sales department and new product launches. This exciting role will involve all-expenses paid travel 30%-50% of the time across the country, in order to teach your team sales techniques and foster a sense of motivation. You will also meet customers locally, regionally and nationally, to further the company's bond with them.
This role would suit a Sales Director with a successful sales history and leadership experience, looking to manage a growing sales team, alongside receiving extensive industry training and progressing to Vice President level.
The Role:
