Are you an experienced Sales Manager with leadership experience, looking to further your career within a thriving, well-established company?

Looking to expand their presence in Sweden, my client is looking to bring an experienced Sales Director into their company. You would be introduced into the role through a comprehensive onboarding and would then be able to use your experience in sales management to help a big company continue to establish itself in the Swedish market.

The successful candidate would have the opportunity to continue trainings to expand their product knowledge. The company wants to support all of its employees to further their careers in the direction they choose and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.

In this role responsibilities include formulating annual sales targets and subsequently achieve these through developing new customers, new channels, and new markets. You would be promoting inverter (B2B) products. You would be overseeing the management, learning, and career development of the sales team. Managing and maintaining customer relations in the long term would also be part of your responsibility.

The work would be home office based in Sweden.

Fluent Swedish is essential for this role. Someone with years experience in a sales role in the solar branch would suit this position.

The Role:
