Sales Engineer

$95,000- $125,000 + PTO + 401(k) + Excellent Company Benefits + Annual Bonus

Are you a Technical Sales Engineer, looking to join a market leading company offering nationwide travel and the chance to grow your own team in the future?

This is an excellent opportunity to drive new business for this rapidly expanding company, selling in to prime contractors and the department of defense.

In this role, you will be travelling around the country building a client pipeline and attending tradeshows across the Country soliciting RFQ's and RFP's, when you're not travelling you'd be expected to be in the Rochester headquarters where you'd develop relationships with engineering staff, cold call and follow up to build a client base from the tradeshows.

This is role would suit an individual with experience dealing with department of defence or someone with precision machining, metrology or optics knowledge. Someone with an understanding of polished optics or lens grinding would be ideal for this position.

The Role:
* Travelling around the country to build new client scope
* Estimations and Proposals
* Developing relationships with engineering staff
* $110,000- $125,000 + PTO + 401(k) + Excellent Company Benefits + Annual Bonus

The Person:
* Experienced Sales person
* Happy to travel 50% of the time
* Engineering Degree or background
*Knowledge of precision machinery, metrology or optics
