Sales Executive

London (Initially FULLY REMOTE)

Circa £28,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (£35,000+ OTE) + Excellent Progression Opportunities

This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding and ambitious Telecommunications start-up, within a Sales Executive position. Through joining this company in its early stages, you will have a real chance to develop your skills and influence the company's success in an ambitious working environment.

Are you looking to work for an ambitious Internet Service Provider (ISP)? Do you have a passion for developing sales solutions and driving sales within the business? Are you looking for a commission incentivised role with progression opportunities?

This start-up has the vision of connecting 10,000 homes and businesses with Internet, Phone, and TV services within the next two years. As newcomers to the ISP market, this business has ambitious plans to cover each region within the UK. In order to achieve these targets, this company understands the importance of onboarding the best talent with the motivations to stay at the business long-term, in order to form the solid foundations that the company can build upon.

The ideal candidate for this role will have some sales experience and a track record of driving sales performance within the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company which is built to last, within a diverse and rewarding position. Within this position, you will play a real part in the company's growth, assisting with the company's success.

The Role:
*New business as well as building accounts.
*Negotiating and closing sales.
*Suggesting new avenues of sales and ways to drive sales within the business.
*Create successful business relationships and maintain a sales pipeline.
*Fully remote role until the London office is opened, hybrid from this point.
*Sales based commission; year one OTE £35,000+.

The Person:
*Some sales experience beneficial.
*Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
*Track record of meeting targets.
*Comfortable within a start-up environment, where you can shape the position and influence the business.
*Passionate about developing the business and looking to improve current working practices.
*Exceptional work ethic.
