Now they are looking for some sales managers to support their next phase of growth.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role either within Telco or SaaS, you will be able to demonstrate experience successfully running teams. This will include supporting the execution of business plans and sales strategies, setting and tracking KPIs and personal goals of each team member, coaching and developing the team, and taking accountability of overall team performance.

*Support the execution of business plans and sales strategies
*Lead the team in engaging existing clients and building relationships with new to create a sales pipeline
*Provide performance reports for each team member, identifying areas of improvement, supported with mentoring and coaching
*Office-based role in Central London
*Experience working for a Telco or SaaS company
*Track record of successful leadership & delivering results
*Happy to commute into Central London daily
