Are you an experienced Sales Representative with Petrochemical industry knowledge looking to earn uncapped commission, gain industry training and progress long term into senior management?
On offer is a fast-paced position where you can maximize earnings with uncapped commission, gain hands-on training with experienced managers, and contribute to growing company.
This well-established petrochemical and lubricants provider operates throughout the country, driving for continuous growth. The organization utilizes state-of-the-art equipment, while prioritising staff training to enhance elite performance and maintain their industry dominance.
You will conduct business to business sales including cold outreach to prospective clients and gain commission off your sales, with some reps earning up to $600,000 per year. They offer a monthly contribution towards vehicle allowance, autonomy, and a pathway to Senior Managerial roles.
This role would suit a tenacious, financially driven Sales Representative from a petrochemical background, looking to put in the hard work to achieve high earnings, training, progression, vehicle allowance and excellent benefits.
The Role:
* Conducting sales through visiting customer and client sites
* Uncapped commission with a high OTE (up to $600,000)
* 6-month internal training program
The Candidate:
* Experience in sales
* Strong technical understanding of petrochemicals and the distribution industry
* Looking for high earnings, training and progression.
