Scheduling Assistant/ Planner
Up to £30,000 + Training + Development + Holidays + Great Package
Excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who has experience with planning and scheduling activities, ideally within the engineering industry, that is looking to build a long term career within a well established and stable company.
This company are very well established within the energy sector, they specifically provide metering and EV services. They have continually grown over the last 5 years having built a stellar reputation within the industry, they are now looking to build out their planning team and are looking for a new scheduling assistant to join the team.
In this role you will handle inbound client queries including phone calls and emails and schedule engineers diaries to cover all incoming work. This will include prearranged appointments and emergency breakdown covers meaning you will be working in a fast paced environment with KPI based targets.
The ideal canddiate will have extensive customer services experience, have exoerience scheduling engineers diaries and ideally have an understanding of the metering industry.
