Analogue IC Design Engineer
London - Hybrid working, travel only required every few weeks/months
£70,000 - £110,000 DOE + Progression, Holiday, Pension
This is an excellent opportunity for an Experienced Analogue IC Design Engineer to join an exciting start-up working on ground-breaking, cutting-edge technology.
This company is currently in its early stages and they already have a number of ground-breaking, patented products in the semiconductor / electronics engineering industries.
In this role you will join a small team responsible for developing novel memory technology. You will design and develop the architecture for bespoke memory chips and undertake transistor level design, simulation and layout using EDA tooling.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and good knowledge of non-volatile memory chip design (FeRAM, MRAM, DRAM etc.). You will have experience of programming languages (Python, C/C++, Perl) and experience running commercial EDA tools.
