This company is working closely with their customers to offer a fully managed solution to energy efficiency upgrades to help decarbonise homes and help tackle fuel poverty.
In this position you will be managing the entire team, making sure all customers are happy with the service provided and dealing with ensuring quality and accuracy is met by each member of the team. You would also be responsible for keeping up to date with new funding streams, changing quality assurance requirements and any future developments relating to low carbon.
This is an exciting opportunity for a fully qualified DEA with previous experience at senior management level in a customer facing role to develop their career with unrivalled company benefits.
The Role
- Managing the DEA team and monitor the outputs of the quality of work
- Keep up to date on any funding routes or future developments in relation to low carbon
- Ensuring the team meet their targets while the customers are still given a best class service
The Person
- Fully qualified Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor
- Previous experience in a customer facing role at a senior management level
- Being comfortable managing your teams workload ensuring team productivities is maximised
