An excellent opportunity has been created for a senior engineer to lead the operational MEP team in London.
This company are an employee owned trust made up of around 500 employees across 24 offices, who provide real estate consulting services to both the UK and abroad. This company is made up of a variety of engineers, consultants, technical specialists, project managers etc, who collectively provide a variety of services at every stage of the project life cycle.

In this role, you will be based in either of the London offices (Battersea or Barbican), leading the projects and coordinating with the respective MEP, project management and building surveyor teams. The projects will mostly be within the commercial and residential sector but may also be within other industries, such as leisure, offices and more, carrying out mechanical and electrical works (e.g- HVAC).
The ideal candidate will be outgoing and innovative, and be excited about the ability to make the role their own. They should be someone who likes to help others, and will offer support to the junior engineers in their team.
They should also have a commercial understanding, where they are motivated to secure new work by networking, writing reports and regularly engaging with clients.

- Lead MEP projects
- Coordinate between relative stakeholder involved in the projects

- Comes from a consultancy background
