Do you have hands-on experience leading test reactor operations or similar, looking to join a fast-paced start-up where reactors are actively being built and where you'll have real ownership across the full build and deployment phase?

Rare opportunity to step into a leadership position within a well-funded, cutting-edge micro-reactor company operating at the forefront of industry-defining nuclear innovation. Where you'll lead, shape, and deliver next-generation reactor systems from concept through to reality.

With minimal bureaucracy and a true engineering-first culture, you'll be empowered to take ownership of critical decisions, influence reactor design and safety strategy, and directly impact live build programs.

You will play a key role in bridging real-world reactor operations with advanced design and analysis, bringing practical insight from test or research reactor environments into a highly ambitious, build-focused start-up setting.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-performance environments, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and wants to accelerate their career while building something meaningful from the ground up.

The Role:

  • Support system design, transient analysis, and accident scenario modelling
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers, contributing to a high-performance culture

The Candidate:

  • Proven experience operating or leading test reactor programs or similar environments
  • Strong background in nuclear systems analysis, reactor physics, or safety analysis
  • Proficiency with at least two of: TRACE, MELCOR, MCNP, VERA, SCALE, SERPENT
