Senior Nuclear Engineer (Reactor Experience)
$150,000 - $250,000 + PTO + 401(k) + Relocation + Medical + Dental

The Role:
- Own the development of microreactors from build phase to deployment!
- Leverage hands-on reactor experience to inform design, build, and operational strategy
- Review, validate, and approve complex engineering calculations and safety analyses
- Drive input into licensing documentation and regulatory submissions
- Support system design, transient analysis, and accident scenario modelling
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, contributing to a high-performance culture
The Candidate:
- Proven experience operating or leading test reactor programs or similar environments
- Strong background in nuclear systems analysis, reactor physics, or safety analysis
- Proficiency with at least two of: TRACE, MELCOR, MCNP, VERA, SCALE, SERPENT
- Experience reviewing and approving complex engineering calculations
- Familiarity with DOE or NRC regulatory frameworks is advantageous
- Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment with significant ownership
