Senior Product Manager (m/f/x)

Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management of our EV charging and e-mobility solutions, from ideation to launch, including feature prioritization, roadmap development, and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and translate findings into actionable product strategies.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and specifications based on customer insights, industry standards, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
- Work closely with design teams to create intuitive and user-centric product experiences, ensuring an exceptional user journey across our platform and devices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, or equivalent); MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in product management, preferably in the electric vehicle or clean energy industry.
- Strong understanding of EV charging infrastructure and e-mobility solutions, including hardware, software, and network management systems.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept to launch, including market research, product strategy, requirements definition, and go-to-market execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear product requirements and user stories.
