London & Various Sites covering South East

£70,000 - £110,000 (All in and dependant on experience)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a established and growing company where the company offers a competitive salary, great support and a clear path of progression for the right individual.

The Company now requires a Senior Project Manager (Project Managers please still apply) to hit the floor running and help drive the company forwards. The candidate must have previous experience with commercial construction, predominately fit out projects.

The right candidate must be a good communicator, present well and have a good record of quality, both in his technical ability and his literacy/communication skills. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Construction/Project Management, SHEQ processes, programming/planning, Pre construction/Technical engineering processes, Quality systems/Frameworks and commercial costing. The right candidate will have experience in project management and previously have prior experience with commercial refurbs (offices, hotels, medical, etc..)

In this role you will be working on a Hotel site in London, so must have drive and energy to do so. The sites normally can be scattered across the South of the UK so travel should not be an issue (rarely stay away). The right candidate should have at least 3 years+ experience in delivering projects, from start to finish, within the commercial field (fit outs - CAT A & B), with any office, hotel & hospital experience being a bonus. The right candidate must be proficient with programming and have excellent client liaison whilst having previous experience within main contractor (commercial sector) companies.

  • Project Manager with at least 3 years' experience in the role
  • Must be proficient in programming and have good client facing skills
  • Must be willing to travel if needed
  • Experience on commercial projects is essential - fit out projects desirable
  • Ambitious and driven individual looking to grow with a an already successful company
