Senior Quantity Surveyor (Hybrid)

£55,000 - £65,000 + Great Benefits Package

This company are an industry leader and have built a great reputation throughout the construction industry, providing unique and specialist services. They are a multi-disciplinary company and have numerous projects at design, management and completion stage. Following continue growth through the division in both the private and public sector, they now require a Senior QS to help them meet their business objectives.
In this role you will undertake surveying and projects management duties throughout the project lifecycle, providing estimates and tender documentation, progress reports and cost planning for future projects. You will work across a range of sectors, from affordable housing, to healthcare and private developments.
The ideal candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor with significant experience within the industry, looking for a role with autonomy and development opportunities. You will only be required to attend the office 1-day a week.

The Role:
*Acting on private/public sector, multi-million pound projects across a range of sectors
*QS, project management and EA duties throughout project lifecycle
*Contract administration and procurement
*Cost plans and tender documentation
The Person:
*Senior quantity surveyor
*RICS/CIOB membership
*Previous experience in a similar role
*Commutable to one of their UK offices, 1-day a week
