Senior Site Manager
Colchester, Essex
£60,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Great Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager/Site Manager looking to step up, to join a well-established, reputable commercial developer who work on a range of projects from £1m to £15m+ million. Turning over around £100m and having circa 250 employees, there now require a Senior Site Manager to lead complex projects from start to finish.
In this role you will be based on site and be responsible for overseeing a project from inception to handover, as well as managing healthy and safety, site inspections and managing sub-contractors. This role would therefore ideally suit a Senior Site Manager with experience in commercial projects and the successful candidate will have excellent communication and management skills.
