Senior Superintendent
$150,000 - $170,000 (Including Progression, 401k, Insurance, Vehicle)

On Offer is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established construction company with ambitious growth plans. In this role, you'll take a technical lead on high-profile projects for well-known businesses that have a great national reputation.
This company specializes in heavy civil excavation projects across a variety of industries. They are seeking a Superintendent with experience in managing worksites, materials, and health and safety standards, with clear opportunities to progress into Project Manager positions.
In this role you will travel to different sites across Connecticut, working closely with experienced Project Managers to achieve project goals. You'll also gain hands-on experience with advanced technology and equipment, which the company has invested in to support its expansion into new sectors.
This role would suit a Superintendent from a heavy civil construction background who is ambitious, driven, and looking to grow their career with a company aiming to double its size in the coming years.
The Role:
- Complete daily progress and project activity reports
- Put lookaheads, schedules and budgets in place
- On site management and dealing with all key stakeholders in order to streamline the construction process
The Person:
- Experience in the Heavy Civil or Excavation and Site Prep industry
- Previous roles as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
- Looking for Progression and Training
